My name is Emma! I have been baking for as long as I can remember, but about two years ago I mixed together some flour and water and Brenda the Sourdough Starter was born. Since then I have been learning to bake with sourdough and using it as my creative outlet! I love trying new recipes and innovative ways to turn bread into art. I plan to use this site to post recipes, tips, and the lessons that I learn along the way!
